I start this exercise with 15 reps of behind the head pulldowns. Really focusing on contracting my lats. I then progress to a close grip variation for an additional 15 reps at a different angle to target my traps and stretch my lats from a different angle. I then superset 60-80 reps of front raises x 5 sets. Try to hit a muscle in as many different ways as possible
