Alternating Curls + Hammer Curls
Really learn your muscles. Learn how to stretch, learn how to squeeze. Learn where your fibers are weak and where they are strong. Put as much emphasis as possible into the weaker parts of your movement. Really allow for the muscle to stretch then right before it relaxes pull it back.
