My favorite calesthenic exercise. Targets chest triceps and shoulders. Make sure to go all the way down, and come all the way up. In general unless you're on your 12th + rep or isolating a specific muscle I don't believe in partial movements. I believe you fully develope each movement before you explore the benefits of changing it.
