The East Midlands has some of the most picturesque scenery in the country with beautiful hills, moors and villages right on our doorstep.

But, official figures show that very few of those who get out and enjoy it are from black and ethnic minority communities.

In the last part of our special series, "A Place in the Country", our correspondent Peter Bearne has been looking at some of the reasons why.

We see how an Asian family from Nottingham gets on when they visit the English countryside for the very first time.
