In the shooting sports, this is a big problem because most manufacturers build their products for men first, then paint them pink, purple, or Tiffany Blue and call them the women’s product. I had to dispose of a damaged lower receiver to get it out of my inventory. So I cut up my ar 15. this is not a case study on how to destroy an ar-15 but it does use both methods the ATF suggests, cut up gun, and melt down gun. This video is the second episode in our series on testing headspace of AK Pattern rifles. For this test we are starting at ground zero with a WASR-10 out of Romania to establish what an AK should be doing. As a note the WASR10 is known as a budget AKs. Entry level guns are just that, cheap. In this video we fire 500 rounds through the gun and check a few things.

Jeff spent four days at FTW Ranch in Texas shooting at distances from 100 to 1000 yards at steel plates, training to judge wind and elevation effects upon the bullet's path. Half a day was spent firing the big 375 Ruger Hawkeye African Rifle at close range dangerous game simulators, but the training that Jeff received on long-range precision shooting taught him a lot about making the shot from one ridge to another.
